The draft regulation amending the regulation for mandatory lease forms and the particulars of new lessee notices will enter into force on February 24^th 2015. As of that date, the owners can no longer use existing forms and must absolutely use the new leases for all new tenants. The current leases will remain valid until their non-renewal. It is therefore not necessary to sign new leases to former tenants.
