Voluntary Retirement Savings Plans (VRSPs)
Are you employing 20 or more eligible employees on June 30, 2016? If so and that you are not offering any other retirement saving plans you have until Decembre 31, 2016 to respect this new obligation. You have obligation to offer to your employees a VRSP. They are fee advantages for the employers: low-cost and administratively simple, can also be used to attract and retain employees, employer contributions are tax deductible.
